A trade delegation from the Sydney-based Australian Maltese Chamber of Commerce will spend next week in Malta and Gozo looking into various trade and investment opportunities.
The 12-person delegation consists of representatives from Kells Creek Vineyards, Methode Electronics Inc., Zammit Sales Marketing & Management P/L, PCS Group of Companies, Euro Med Imports, Ablec Electrical Wholesalers, De & De Australia Pty Ltd and West City Commercial.
They will be accompanied by the president of the Australian Maltese Chamber of Commerce, Emmanuel Pisani, and the trade promotions officer, Fred Fenech.
The delegation will visit Bank of Valletta, the Malta External Trade Corporation, the Malta Chamber of Commerce, Malta Freeport, Malta Drydocks and the Gozo Business Chamber, as well as a number of ministers.
On Friday, they will plant a tree in the Roots Circle at Ta' Qali National Park.
The Roots Tree Planting is an initiative of the Malta Tourism Authority.
