I could not help notice the article on The Times "Hamrun gets residents parking scheme".

I remember our mayor, Peter Bonello writing about the residents of Paceville being prisoners in their own homes and all about our other problems.

I also notice that other councils are considering the same scheme. "Hooray". There is hope for us yet, seeing that this scheme is in operation all over Europe.
