HSBC Bank Malta has joined the rest of the HSBC Group in launching HSBC Premier, a worldwide service that provides additional services and privileges to members in each of the 79 countries and territories where HSBC operates.

Benefits include an international debit card and a credit card, which both come with a free purchase protection cover on retail goods, free encashment of cheques and travellers cheques, and free ATM withdrawals from any HSBC branch or ATM worldwide.

Members of HSBC Premier enjoy an automatic overdraft facility as well as a higher credit limit on their credit card.

Customers are also entitled to a range of travel benefits including a free multi-trip insurance, pre-travel fact sheets and travel and hotel reservations. Emergency services include access to emergency cash, replacement of lost or stolen cards, access to medical and legal referral, medical repatriation and evacuation and emergency messaging and travel assistance.
