The Malta Tourism Authority has donated Lm20,000 for restoration works on the façade of the Inquisitor's Palace, in Vittoriosa.

The palace was the seat of the inquisitor and is visited by around 60,000 people each year.

Tourism Minister Francis Zammit Dimech, who visited the palace yesterday, said the government had created the infrastructure for investment in restoration and regeneration of the country's historical and cultural heritage.
