St Julian's local council

It appears that Joseph M. de Conti Manduca has always had a grudge against St Julian's local council. Why? Only Mr de Conti Manduca knows.

It was always a mystery with me, and others, why Mr de Conti Manduca never tried to get elected to the council, maybe then, if he were elected, the council would have done some worthwhile work. But, unfortunately, this was never tried.

Let us face it, Mr de Conti Manduca was not even in the committee of the residents of Paceville when I chaired various meetings. It was always the same gentlemen who attended and together with me tried to do something worthwhile in Paceville. But to say that there was never a St Julian's local council is a grave mistake by Mr de Conti Manduca.

It is true that a lot of work has to be done in Paceville and this has been pointed out lately in this newspaper.
