Go Mobile extends roaming to Libya

Go mobile's international roaming is now also available in Libya, following a roaming agreement signed between Libyan operator El-Madar (Orbit) and Go Mobile.

Both pre-paid and contract Go Mobile clients can now roam, with Ready to Go pre-paid users receiving SMS for free, sending SMS at 15c and receiving voice calls at favourable rates.

Go Mobile chief executive officer Juanito Camilleri said: "The mobile telephony roaming agreement with Libya is very important news, especially for local business people who travel frequently to Libya. Go Mobile is the only company that at present enjoys roaming with Libya."

Go Mobile currently has roaming agreements with 162 networks in 92 countries.
