Frank Salt Real Estate Ltd, in association with their Swiss representatives MaltaHome, participated in the IMEX property exhibition in Zurich on September 6 and 7. The exhibition was extensively promoted in the press and on television, which also featured a five-minute interview on Malta.
The companies were represented by managing director Joseph Lupi and Andrea Meier, who reported a very good attendance at the stand. Some of those who dropped in intend to visit Malta during October and November.
"Of particular interest were the farmhouses, houses of character and other new developments" Mr Lupi said.
Frank Salt Real Estate intend to intensify their overseas promotions during the last quarter of this year with four other property exhibitions in London, Dublin and Moscow.
During the same period, company directors will also be visiting venues throughout the UK, giving seminars on property, residency and other relevant topics.
A number of journalists from leading UK newspapers are being brought over by the company to produce features on Malta property. "In addition to our regular overseas advertising, these activities should generate substantial interest by overseas buyers, which should lead to a considerable number of visitors to our shores," concluded Mr Lupi.
