Charged with drug trafficking
A Zabbar man was yesterday charged with drug trafficking.
Jeffrey Sultana, 26, pleaded not guilty to heroin trafficking, and the possession of the drug in circumstances denoting it was not for his personal use.
He also pleaded not guilty to the possession of cannabis resin on September 4 and the previous year, the possession of a pyschothropic drug in 2002 and the possession of cocaine in 2001.
He was granted bail against a Lm500 deposit and a personal guarantee of Lm5,000.
