Misappropriation charges

A Zabbar man was yesterday charged with two counts of misappropriation.

Noel Grech, 38, pleaded not guilty to the fraud and misappropriation of Lm27,000 to the detriment of Eden Leisure Group Limited and HSBC Bank Limited on and before August 1. He also pleaded not guilty to the misappropriation of Lm1,400 to the detriment of Mario and Marisa Schembri and was granted bail against a personal guarantee of Lm5,000.
