Malta was recently featured as the 'Destination of the Week' on the website www.Forbes.com which attracts over 650,000 visitors every month.

The article, entitled 'Nights of Malta', was written by travel journalist Gabi Horn who was in Malta last May on a press trip organised by the Malta Tourism Authority and supported by Air Malta. The article highlights the culture and history of Malta, as well as the island's cinema industry with the filming of Troy, Gladiator and A Different Loyalty.

Ms Horn stayed at the Meridien Phoenicia Hotel, Floriana, which was also given prominence in the article.
