Suspended jail term for defiling 12-year-old

An Englishman was yesterday given a three-month jail term suspended for a year for defiling a 12-year-old girl. Steven Ruffhead, 31, of Essex, pleaded guilty to the defilement or its instigation at a hotel in St Paul's Bay on August 10 at about 9 a.m.
