Vodafone Malta renews commitment to AIESEC

Vodafone Malta has renewed an agreement with AIESEC to continue as the major sponsor within the organisation's National Support Group.

This commitment from Vodafone, which is also a major sponsor of AIESEC, will help the organisation to continue to grow in a sustainable way.

Throughout the past years AIESEC in Malta has grown substantially, earning official recognition by AIESEC International as being one of the fastest growing committees among the 85 countries. In fact, thanks to the support of partners like Vodafone, AIESEC in Malta has managed to continually increase the number of international exchanges which it organises.

Vodafone Malta's marketing communications executive Daphne Testa said: "AIESEC provides students with great opportunities to experience different ideas and cultures. This is the very essence of communication and Vodafone Malta is delighted to be able to increase its support for this organisation in order to help it in its endeavours."

AIESEC is one of the largest student organisations on campus, with a membership base of over 300 students. It has a unique and growing network of 35,000 students, typically studying business and technical related degrees in approximately 750 higher education institutions in over 85 countries and territories.

AIESEC is the largest student organisation in the world. It is non-political, non-profit, independent and entirely student-managed. AIESEC membership is drawn from every race, colour, sex, creed, religion, sexual orientation, and national and ethnic origin.
