Three men were yesterday charged with employing foreigners without a permit.

Martin and Michael Stivala, 28 and 30, of Msida and Gian-luca Viscale, 29, of Syracuse, pleaded not guilty to failing to inform the Employment and Training Corporation they were employing people who were not Maltese citizens in Birkirkara on and before Tuesday.

They were granted bail against a personal guarantee of Lm800.

Police Inspector Denise Mula prosecuted.
