Council warning
Sta Venera council said persons were abandoning cats, including kittens, at Romeo Romano Gardens and pointed out that the large number of cats in the garden were damaging plants and flowers.
It warned that action would be taken against anyone found abandoning cats at the garden and that the garden was equipped with security cameras.
