After raising two complaints thanks to the site www.servizz.

gov.mt about various outlets which take up parking spaces with bollards, t-shirts, lilos, empty beer crates (to reserve the parking space) and other assorted objects, I found out that the authorities stood up to the situation. It is not the first time that I turned to this website. It is really user-friendly and very helpful indeed.

One thing I am really curious about is about these henna tattoo people.

While enjoying a walk in Bugibba, Sliema, Marsascala and especially in Paceville these "ink" stands can never go unnoticed.

A couple of days ago I stayed observing two of these people. In 20 minutes they had two clients. Well, good luck to them, but I think they have a problem about how to use receipt books. Obviously, these young teenagers do not care about receipts so long as they had this tattoo done. Are these foreign people who come to Malta as henna tattoo painters in the summer exempt from tax!?
