Whenever I phone the lost and found department at the airport I never manage to get through - at any time during the day.

I am always told they are either on break or not at their place of work or attending to another matter. What service is this? Why is their desk not manned by someone who could answer the queries?

I phone the customer service and the answer would be: Sorry, we are very busy... we have the same problem ... please phone the duty manager. Do we really want to give a service to tourists? I work in the tourism industry and I go out of my way and walk that extra mile to give a service. Whoever is responsible for this section please take action as the service is zero.
