BOV and WSC launch joint promotion

BoV customers who settle their water and electricity bills between August and January through the BoV 24x7 services will automatically participate in a lottery featuring a number of attractive prizes. The lottery, organised by BoV, is being done in collaboration with the Water Services Corporation. BoV 24x7 Services include internet banking, telephone banking and customer service centre banking. The attractive prizes on offer include a Flyaway Tour for two persons for seven nights in Rome or London, a Flyaway Tour for two persons for seven nights in Tunisia and a number of vouchers redeemable at a leading entertainment outlet.

Speaking about this attractive competition, BoV Business Development Manager Julian Holland said "customers are today realising that settling bills over the internet or by using the phone, thanks to BoV's 24x7 services, is very convenient. By using BoV Internet Banking, BoV Telephone Banking or the services of the BoV Customer Service Centre, our customers are now in a position to avoid writing cheques or visiting the utility outlet to settle their bills. BoV is today offering an easy to use and secure bill payments system whereby customers can settle their bills any time, day or night. This service is also versatile and flexible in that it allows customers to set up future dated payments."
