Animals have feelings too

So long as those people who abandon, torture or even kill animals are not made accountable for their deeds, this problem will only become worse and such cases will increase. Whose competence is it to charge those soulless people?

Should the police be called? The SPCA? Or Freddy Fenech? Yes, of course, all of them will take care of these animals. But who will hold the person who caused the cruelty to these animals accountable?

In most EU countries people have to appear in court for cruelty to animals. Here nothing happens at all. All citizens are asked to report such incidents. They should speak to these people directly and make them feel bad.

Educate your children as well. Even animals have feelings. Look into their eyes. Animals depend on us human beings. If you do not notice the animals, at least do not torture them! It is about time to end this indifference.
