MLP meets MHRA
The leadership of the Labour Party yesterday met representatives of the Malta Hotels and Restaurants Association at the party headquarters in Hamrun.
The MHRA delegation was led by president Winston Zahra Jnr, while Labour was represented by leader Alfred Sant, deputy leaders Charles Mangion and Michael Falzon and MPs Karmenu Vella and Joe Cuschieri.
Mr Zahra said the association would be making it a point to meet the MLP three or four times a year to exchange ideas and views on tourism.
