The book, edited by Dr Charles Briffa and dedicated to the memory of Doreen Micallef, has been published by Klabb Kotba Maltin.
During the evening, which will be held as usual at the Manoel Theatre's Cafè Diva at 7.30 p.m., parts of the book will be read and Norbert Ellul Vincenti and Charles Briffa will comment on the book. Music will be in the hands of popular songwriter Vince Fabri.
The general public is cordially invited to attend.
Eighty-three-year-old Mgr Amante Buontempo has placed fourth among 10 poets who have been attributed an attestazione di merito by the Accademia della Cultura Europea in the sixth Innocenza Silvaggi international poetry contest in Rome.
Competitors from 46 Italian cities and 19 countries took part.
Dr Buontempo was the only non-Italian poet mentioned among the winners.
