Tools theft charge

A Paola man was yesterday charged with stealing tools from a pick-up truck.

Brian Sciberras, 27, pleaded guilty to stealing John Mary Agius' tools including a chaser, driller and chainsaw and causing damage to the pick-up parked in Paola to the detriment of Anthony Debono of Shantys Construction Limited.

The case was put off for judgment.
