The Equal Partners Foundation is working in collaboration with the College of Agriculture and Dar tal-Providenza on a project at the college premises in Ghammieri designed to create work places for people with disability.

Equal Partners is run by parents of children with disability, and is based on principles of inclusion and self-determination.

The project was discussed by parliamentary secretary in the Ministry for Social Policy, Francis Agius, during a visit to the foundation yesterday.

The project seeks to offer work to persons with disability within an inclusive environment, and helps them learn agricultural techniques.
