I have been reading with considerable interest the article (July 7) regarding the so-called "hefty" increases for motorcycle insurance. While agreeing it was a large increase, it is my opinion that bikers cannot seriously complain about the situation.

I have been reading with considerable interest the article (July 7) regarding the so-called "hefty" increases for motorcycle insurance.

While agreeing it was a large increase, it is my opinion that bikers cannot seriously complain about the situation. On the other hand, we as jet-ski users should complain about the hefty increases in insurance.

From Lm45 per annum for third-party coverage, the fee has risen to Lm172 per annum, up by approximately 400 per cent.
