Mr Saliba laid flowers on the graves of servicemen whose relatives had asked for help to trace the resting place of their loved ones.
In Athens, Mr Saliba also laid flowers on the graves of two Maltese servicemen who died in World War II and who are buried in the Pharliron Cemetery.
The number of Maltese servicemen buried in Greece is estimated to be around 120, the Department of Information said.
