The Management Development Programme, a highly interactive, six full-day programme, will be held in September. This course is aimed at all those in leadership positions seeking further career and management development.

"Manage Time and Reduce Stress in Your Lives" will teach participants how to become more efficient, control distractions, set objectives for improvement and develop a personal time management system. Participants will also learn how to control stress during four half-day workshops in October.

"Total Customer Care" is the key to more efficient and result-oriented customer services. It will be held over four half-days in September. "Sales Psychology" offers a sales training programme that helps personnel involved in sales improve their skills on the psychological side of the sales process. This course will be held in October.

"Occupational and Personality Testing" includes various certificate programmes for Human Resources, recruitment and training professionals, following the Level A and Level B standards in occupational testing and personality assessment. It is scheduled for September.
