The Faculty of Engineering will be organising the annual students' projects exhibition. The exhibition will be opened by President de Marco on Wednesday, July 9. The exhibition will be open to the general public on July 10, 11 (between 5 and 8 p.m.) and 12 (between 8.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m.).
The Engineering Building on the University Campus will be hosting the projects exhibition presented by the final year B.Eng. (Hons) students in its laboratories and halls. The projects reflect the various areas of development and research in which the academic staff members are active. The students add their efforts of several months of work, ideas and commitment.
The exhibition is of particular interest to engineering professionals, people from business and industry and students. Entrance for the exhibition is from Car Park 2 or by following the signs along the ringroad.
This year Electric Vehicle Management Ltd, Abertax Quality Ltd, Badger Karting, and Methode Electronics Malta Ltd will sponsor the Department of Electrical Power and Control Engineering. Sponsorships to the Department of Manufacturing Engineering will include one by Toly Products Ltd and another by Methode Electronics Malta Ltd.
