Three seven-week-old puppies are looking for a home after they were abandoned with a litter of six in a field in Siggiewi two weeks ago.

Alfred Fenech, who runs the Association for Abandoned Animals, said the three other puppies were adopted during an activity at the Bay Street Complex.

Mr Fenech appealed to the public to stop abandoning animals.

The puppies are a mix between a Labrador and tal-kacca.

Another four-month-old puppy, which was abandoned in the Lower Barakka, Valletta is also looking for a home. Those who wish to adopt one can call Mr Fenech on 7929 7930.
