The weekly Grimaldi Ferries service linking Malta to Italy, Spain and Tunisia will be performed by the new 26,000-ton m/v Eurostar Valencia as from July 11.

The vessel is one of two latest generation Ro/Ro passenger ships with a capacity of 450 passengers and up to 160 cars. It has state of the art public areas including a restaurant and lounge bar, a TV room, slot machines and a sun deck with a bar.

The Eurostar Valencia will replace the m/v Malta Express, which has been calling at Malta every week for the past four years.

Grimaldi Group is represented in Malta by Sullivan Maritime Ltd of Valletta.
