The Labour Party has strongly protested about the news bulletin on PBS on Monday.
In a letter to PBS chief executive Andrew Psaila, the MLP said the first complaint was about the unethical way a link with the PBS journalist, who was reporting a speech by MLP leader Alfred Sant during a debate in parliament, was interrupted.
On the other hand a full account was given of what Prime Minister Eddie Fenech Adami said.
The second case concerned a statement by Labour MP Gavin Gulia who was replying to another statement by Home Affairs Minister Tonio Borg.
The MLP said that PBS reported the minister's statement, but not Dr Gulia's reaction.
Another case related to a statement by Labour MP Karl Chircop which was "butchered". Only short excerpts were reported and important points left out.
The MLP told Mr Psaila that it wanted an explanation for this attitude and insisted for a remedy.
