The owner, Robert Farrugia Vella, took considerable trouble to solve the problems we encountered regarding some equipment we bought from abroad.

A nice, short and sweet message which says a lot, particularly while bearing in mind that the equipment in question was bought from abroad. Indeed last Sunday I focused on the importance of making a positive impact on customers and this is such a case.
I spoke with Ms Borg and it transpired that although the item in question was not bought from Robert Farrugia Vella of Crosscraft Ltd., as a direct result of the way he dealt with her, she was so positively impressed that she actually bought some other items from Crosscraft Ltd.
