Increasing interest in overseas property exhibitions

During the recent Homes Overseas property exhibition held in London's Earl Court, Frank Salt Real Estate (Ltd) received positive feedback and interest on their Malta property. The company was represented by director Grahame Salt and Gozo branch manager Marie Grech.

Mr Salt and Mrs Grech received numerous enquiries from people with an interest in purchasing property in Malta.

Particular interest was shown in the Portomaso, Tigné, Cottonera and Verdala Mansions projects. "We have a number of appointments with clients who have booked inspection visits," Mr Salt added. "There are a good number of people who are coming over to look for houses of character, farmhouses and apartments with good views throughout Malta and Gozo."

The exhibition featured exhibitors from Dubai, America, Italy, France, Spain, Greece and Cyprus. "We have to make sure that we keep our standards high and our prices competitive if we want to benefit from the income generated by foreign buyers, as well as the ripple effect of their buying property in Malta from which everyone benefits," concluded Mr Salt.

Frank Salt Real Estate Ltd, as always, is keeping up its efforts in promoting property in Malta overseas, and is planning to attend several other exhibitions over the remainder of this year.
