There have been eight instances over the past five months were suspicious powder-like substances were found in possession of prisoners or in their cells but there has been no confirmation yet that the powder was drugs, Home Affairs Minister Tonio Borg said in reply to a parliamentary question yesterday. Five prisoners were involved, the minister told Labour MP Carmelo Abela.
