The 2002/2003 Youth FA season came to a close recently with the last matches from the U-16 and U-14 leagues. Hibernians and Sliema Wanderers were the dominant forces in their respective competitions.

The Paolites topped the U-16 section A, scoring a staggering 100 goals in the process. They were presented with the winners' Cassar Cup by Youth FA vice-president Godfrey Pecorella.

The YFA U-14 section A was won by Sliema Wanderers. After their last match against Balzan Youths, Youth FA president Fr Hilary Tagliaferro presented the cup to the Blues team who completed the season unbeaten.

(Under-16) Section A - Hibernians. Section B - Birkirkara. Section C - Mgarr United.

(Under-14) Section A - Sliema Wanderers. Section B - St Patrick. Section C1 - Marsa. Section C2 - Sta Venera.
