House expresses condolences
The House of Representatives yesterday expressed its condolences to Culture and Sport Minister Jesmond Mugliette following the death of his mother Mary yesterday afternoon.
Social Policy Minister Lawrence Gonzi praised Mrs Mugliette for the way she had raised her family and also for having served the community as a councillor at Tarxien council.
Notary Charles Mangion on behalf of the Opposition and the Speaker, Mr Anton Tabone, associated themselves with the condolences expressed by Dr Gonzi.
