RMF is currently celebrating its 15 years of excellent service to motorists on the roads of Malta and Gozo.
You have been a faithful and loyal customer for more than five years and relied on our professional services, although you have never requested our roadside assistance.
I am aware of all this and would like to take this opportunity to show my appreciation by complimenting you with a copy of our prestigious and informative Road Maps of Malta and the Road Maps of Gozo.

Excellent customer service skills
I have recently placed an order with Clayton Communications Ltd for the design and printing of various stationery (letterheads, visiting cards, envelopes, and complimentary slips) for our association.

In a matter of a week all corrections to my original draft were made via e-mail, my order placed and goods delivered within two days. In total the whole process took less than seven days.
