The Labour Party should have taken a clear foreign policy stand before tomorrow's leadership election, agreeing on a common line instead of remaining divided into six factions, former leader Dom Mintoff said yesterday.

Mr Mintoff, who heads the Front Maltin Inqumu, was addressing a crowd of people in Qormi.

He said Labour could not win elections for as long as it remained fragmented.
