A 22-year-old man was yesterday charged with injuring his father at the law courts last year.

Jason Falzon, of Birzebbuga, pleaded not guilty to seriously injuring his father Anthony in the face after a court hearing on September 20, 2002.

He also pleaded not guilty to breaching the peace.

Police Inspector Paul Camilleri prosecuted.

Dr Joseph Giglio appeared for Falzon.
