A Cospicua man was yesterday charged with burgling his uncle's house 10 years ago.

George Mifsud, 34, pleaded not guilty to stealing cash and other items to the detriment of his uncle Joseph and causing over Lm50 damage in Zabbar on February 20, 1993.

Police Inspector Carmelo Bartolo prosecuted.
