Misappropriated over Lm1,000

A man has been conditionally discharged for three years for the misappropriation of over Lm1,000.

Robert Schembri pleaded guilty to regularly misappropriating the money to the detriment of Ancams Limited.

Magistrate Abigail Lofaro noted that Schembri had filed a guilty plea and that he had overcome his drug problems successfully.

Police Inspector Helga Debono prosecuted.
