Minister at tourism conference

Tourism Minister Francis Zammit Dimech is attending the European conference of EU transport policies and European tourism competitiveness and the informal ministerial and high officials meeting on European tourism, which is being held in Crete, organised by the Greek presidency of the European Union.

The conference is split into three parallel workshops: one dealing with tourism and air transport, the second on tourism and maritime transport and the third on tourism and land transport.

This meeting is the first ever of Ministers for Tourism from all the EU 25 member states and accession countries.
