New councillors

Michael Pace Ross was elected Sliema councillor in the casual election held to fill the vacancy created by the election to parliament of Nationalist mayor Robert Arrigo, who had to resign. John Ciliberti was elected councillor of Birkirkara to replace another Nationalist mayor elected to parliament, Tonio Fenech.
