Kenneth Borg, service manager at Continental Cars Ltd, has returned from an intensive fourday training course at the Neckarsulm Training Centre in Germany, organised by Audi AG to introduce service managers to the new Audi A3.

Continental Cars said the new A3 was entering the market with the clear intention to be the most sporting car in its class, to thrill not only the loyal A3 driver, but also many new purchasers in the market.

Mr Borg is now back at Continental Cars, preparing to give a training course where he will be sharing his newly acquired knowledge with mechanics to prepare them for the imminent launch of the latest addition to the Audi range of vehicles.

Ray Borg, service advisor at Continental, attended a three-day conference for warranty managers in Berlin, with over 90 managers from all over the world.
