Peter Xuereb has been re-appointed chairman of HSBC International Funds SICAV, while Joseph D. Camilleri and Robert P. Scott were re-appointed as directors.

HSBC International Funds SICAV recently held its third annual general meeting, which approved the annual report and audited financial statements for the year ended November 30, 2002. The meeting also re-appointed KPMG as auditors.
