Obituary

BUGEJA. On April 3, at St James Capua Hospital, VICTOR (Nusu), aged 57, passed peacefully away comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his children Sarah and her husband Tim Winter, Martin and Leanne, his two granddaughters, his brothers and sisters and their spouses and sadly missed by Ruth and family.
Funeral arrangements will be announced later.
Lord grant him eternal rest.

BUSUTTIL. On April 3, at St Luke's Hospital, GEORGE, widower of Mabel, aged 72, passed peacefully away, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his daughter Josephine, wife of Charles Gatt, Mariella, widow of George Zammit, his grandchildren Melvin, Erica and Larry, his sisters Doris and Lilian, his brother Carmelo and his wife Joan, other relatives and friends. - R.I.P.
The funeral leaves St Luke's Hospital today at 8 a.m. for Our Lady of Mount Carmel parish church, Fgura, where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8.30 a.m., followed by interment at the Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Donations to CEMP, Eden Foundation, Bulebel, will be appreciated.

LEONE GANADO. On April 2, at St Luke's Hospital, SAVIOUR of Cospicua, aged 79, passed peacefully away, comforted by the rites of Holy Church. He leaves to mourn his loss his wife Maria, his children Emanuel and his wife Laura, Silvio and his wife Mary, his sister Lily and her husband Charles Caruana, Eddie and his wife Alice, Bice, widow of his brother Joe, residing in Australia, Jessie, widow of his brother Louis, nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. - R.I.P.

The funeral leaves St Luke's Hospital tomorrow at 7.30 a.m. for St Anthony's church, Ghajn Dwieli Road, Paola where Mass praesente cadavere will be said at 8 a.m. followed by interment at Santa Maria Addolorata Cemetery. Ignatian Seminar

The Centre for Ignatian Spirituality is holding a public seminar on "Experiencing God's mercy in our life" at Mt St Joseph, in Mosta on Tuesday from 6 to 8.30 p.m. It will be led by Fr Arthur Vella.

Organ Concert

The Lions Club Sliema will hold an organ concert and reception at St James Cavalier, in Valletta tomorrow at 7.30 p.m. to raise money for the Lions Club Sliema Arts Foundation.

The foundation plans to assist deserving students to pursue their studies in the arts.
