Travel Trade Directory

MAS Communications, an affiliate of Lowe Worldwide, has published the Travel Trade Directory 2003 on behalf of Air Malta.

The directory was launched in 1996. It contains sections on all essential tourist interests in Malta such as history, culture, entertainment, beaches and cuisine. The directory section gives details of goods and services offered in Malta and related to the tourism market, from accommodation and restaurants to scuba diving and language schools.

It is also used as primary literature at all travel exhibitions that Air Malta participates in during the year; including ITB in Berlin, BIT in Milan and the World Travel Market in London. The directory is also available from Air Malta and MTA offices and Maltese embassies worldwide.

The directory includes a CD version of the information.

MAS Communications' on-line version of the directory is constantly being upgraded and complements the directory, incorporating many of the same articles and material found in the directory together with further additional information.

This multilingual website also uses a search engine allowing visitors to find information about the Maltese Islands and offers direct links to Air Malta's website and to those of advertisers in the directory.
