Barcelona anniversary exhibition

Two works by artist James Vella Clark are being displayed in a prestigious collective art exhibition entitled XXX Aniversario Batik in Barcelona, organised by Grupo Batik Art at its art gallery, Sala Barna.

The exhibition, which remains open until the end of April, marks the 30th anniversary since the foundation of this highly influential art group based in Barcelona and Miami.

James Vella Clark was invited to participate after Grupo Batik's artistic department saw his works on his newly launched website.

The two paintings were inspired by Mtahleb and Balluta's view from Sliema.

His participation was supported by Air Malta, the Malta Tourism Authority and Fedex who delivered the paintings.
