The Broadcasting Authority yesterday replied to the judicial protest filed by Where's Everybody? over the two Xarabank programmes it banned because the MLP leader had refused to participate.

The authority filed a counter-protest in the Civil Court and categorically denied all the allegations made by Where's Everybody? and Xarabank team head Peppi Azzopardi.

It also claimed it did not have a juridical relationship with Where's Everybody? or Azzopardi and formally called on them to desist from making any further unfounded allegations in its regard.

Dr J. Refalo signed the protest.
