An exhibition entitled "Malta - A Maritime Nation", has been opened in Finland, at the Helsinki City Main Library.

The exhibition depicts Malta throughout 7,000 years of history with a particular focus on its maritime heritage.

The exhibition was first held at the Museum of Mediterranean and Near Eastern Antiquities in Stockholm, organised by the Embassy of Malta in Stockholm in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Heritage Malta.
