The Gross Domestic Product in the 15 member states of the European Union grew by 0.2 per cent during the fourth quarter of 2002, compared to the previous quarter, Eurostat reported.
Eurostat is the Statistical Office of the European Communities based in Luxembourg.
Eurostat said these results followed an increase of 0.4 per cent in the third quarter of 2002.
There were similar results for the euro zone.
