Clean and calm election!

I wonder what is behind all the insinuations being made by the leader of the opposition and the Labour camp that the MLP will respect the result of the general election if this is run according to rules (what rules, those of his party or those laid down by the Constitution of Malta?), in a clean and calm environment.

It was only in the 1970s and 1980s that such problems were present. Also, why warning the electoral commission to properly carry out its duties and the call on the prime minister to respect the result, when this has always happened even though way back in 1981 when, with a majority of votes, the PN had lost the election.

What has the leader of the Labour Party up his sleeves now? What democracy is he talking about? Was his action on March 9 democratic?

PN, please watch out for any tricks the MLP intends playing in the forthcoming election.
